Confirmation upon Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt for workshop payment. If payment is not received, Changingtools.com Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking and reallocate the seats to other participants. Delegates will not be permitted entry unless payment has been received, or proof of payment.

Cancellation

Payment is fully refundable if cancellation is advised in writing 1 week prior to the workshop date. If cancellation is advised within 1 week of the workshop, no money will be refunded.

A substitute delegate is welcome at no extra cost, should the delegate be unable to attend, provided that we are informed in writing to bookings@changingtools.com at least 2 working days prior to the course.

Delegates who do not arrive for training on the day will forfeit their training and no money will be refunded.

Insurance

Changingtools.com Pty Ltd does not accept any responsibility for the damage and safe keeping of any goods or personal property brought to the venue before, during or after the event. It is the delegate’s responsibility to arrange adequate insurance to cover such items.

Catering

Catering can be tailored for special dietary requirements. Menus are subject to change due to availability and seasonal changes. Special food requirements must be specified 2 working days prior to the event.

Event cancellation

Changingtools.com Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such a case a full refund will be available or a free transfer to our next course.
