I've just finished reading 'Public Speaking: Talk Sense, Talk with Confidence' and I can honestly say that if you want to buy a book on public speaking that's high on content and low on padding this book's a great choice. What I particularly like about Trevor's book is that it's practical and useful and has lots of exercises that you can do at home. It's not a general overview, instead it goes into detail about what you can actually do to overcome your nerves and get better at public speaking. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to be a better speaker.
